Granting consent: By checking the box and pressing the “send” button in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Z.z. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “ZoOOÚ”) and the General EU Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) I grant to Premium Star Hotels, a.s., Operation Mountain Hotel Sliezsky dom, with its registered office at Zochova 3, 811 03 Bratislava, ID number: 47 432 039, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section : Sa, file no .: 5847 / B (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) consent to the processing of my personal data in the scope of: name, surname and email (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) also for marketing purposes (especially for sending newsletters, sending offers for the Operator’s products and services, as well as for the products and services of the companies and partners of the Across Private Investments group, for the evaluation of customer satisfaction) (hereinafter referred to as the “Purpose”).

This consent to the processing of personal data is a freely given, concrete, informed and unambiguous expression of my will.

Period of consent: This consent is granted to the Operator for a period of three (3) years, resp. until the withdrawal of consent.

Voluntary: Giving this consent is fully voluntary. If this consent is granted by a person under the age of 16, this consent to the processing of Personal Data is granted by his / her legal representative.

Withdrawal of consent: This consent to the processing of Personal Data for a given purpose can be revoked at any time, in writing to the Operator’s address: Premium Star Hotels, a.s., Zochova 3, 811 03 Bratislava or by email at osobneudaje@sliezskydom.sk. In the event of revocation of the consent, the Operator will not further process the Personal Data for the given Purpose, the personal data will be mechanically destroyed (shredded) and will not be further processed in any database.
